Service availability notice
As of July 10, 2026, new registrations and purchases are suspended. New X account connections, X data retrieval, publishing to X and scheduled X posting are unavailable. Existing members may continue to use the offline content-drafting features that remain available. This notice does not limit more favourable purchase-time terms or mandatory consumer rights.
1. Service Description
XPatla is an AI-assisted content-drafting service provided by FAST AI LABS LTD. While new X account connections, X data retrieval and X publishing are unavailable, existing members may use the offline drafting features that remain available.
2. Account Creation
- You must create an account using accurate and current information
- You must be at least 18 or have legal capacity to contract where you live
- You are responsible for the security of your account and access credentials
- New account registrations and new X account connections are unavailable
- Existing members may use the available offline drafting features in accordance with these terms
3. Credit System
XPatla uses a credit-based system:
Credit Cost Per Format
- Monthly credits by plan: Lite 750, Pro 1,500, Max 5,000, Ultra 12,000
- Credits reset at the end of the month with no rollover
- Unused credits are non-refundable
- X account linking is unavailable; credits are assessed according to the available features and the terms accepted at purchase
4. Payment and Refund Policy
- New purchases are suspended. Payments made before suspension were processed through Stripe under the checkout terms shown at that time
- Subscriptions renew at the end of the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled
- You may cancel renewal at any time; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period
30-Day Results Guarantee for Prior Purchases
If you purchased while the results guarantee was offered, you may request review of the initial subscription payment under the purchase-time guarantee and mandatory consumer rights that applied to your purchase.
Conditions: The applicable conditions are those presented at purchase, together with any mandatory consumer rights. This notice does not reduce a more favourable purchase-time term or a mandatory remedy. Requests should identify the account, payment period and a short usage summary.
Requests are reviewed through [email protected]. Subscription cancellation stops future renewal; guarantee refunds and mandatory remedies for defective or unperformed services are assessed separately.
5. User Responsibilities
When using our service:
- You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with Twitter/X rules
- You should review AI-generated content before posting
- You must not share your account with others
- You must not use the service for automated bots or spam purposes
6. AI Content Generation and Liability
Important Notice
XPatla provides AI-assisted content drafts. Before publication, the user must review accuracy, rights, advertising disclosures and platform compliance. This clause does not exclude any liability of FAST AI LABS LTD that cannot lawfully be limited.
What you need to know about XPatla's AI system:
- Content Suggestions: Drafts are suggestions; virality, reach, revenue or any specific outcome is not guaranteed.
- No Accuracy Guarantee: AI-generated content may contain inaccurate, misleading, or outdated information. You must verify the accuracy of tweets containing news, statistics, or technical information before posting.
- Platform Rules: Compliance with Twitter/X community guidelines, terms of service, and local laws is the user's responsibility.
- Copyright and Intellectual Property: AI generates content inspired by learned material. It is the user's responsibility to ensure generated content does not infringe on others' copyrights.
- Personal and Commercial Consequences: The impact of shared content on your reputation, business, or personal relationships is entirely your responsibility.
XPatla's Mission
Our mission is to support content creators' creativity and help them communicate more effectively on Twitter/X. XPatla works as a "content assistant"; the final decision and responsibility always lies with the user.
7. Prohibited Content
You may not use our service to generate the following content:
- Content containing hate speech or discrimination
- Content promoting illegal activities
- Misleading or disinformation content
- Content that infringes copyrights
- Spam or manipulative content
- Content that exposes personal data
Accounts that violate these rules may be suspended or terminated without warning.
8. Intellectual Property
- The XPatla platform and technology belongs to FastAI Labs Ltd
- Content generated by AI for you belongs to you
- Your tweet data used for style analysis remains yours
Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or network abuse
- Production or distribution of misleading, fake, or manipulative content
- Creating or sharing content that infringes copyright
- Hate speech, harassment, or content inciting violence
- Unauthorized collection of personal data or targeted surveillance
- Automated platform abuse, fake engagement generation
Violation may result in account suspension without notice, content removal, and legal action.
Protection of the Service and Intellectual Property
- You must not unlawfully reverse engineer the service or bypass technical safeguards
- You may not use XPatla trademarks, confidential information, code or copyrighted materials without permission
- You may not resell API access or service outputs without authorisation
- These clauses do not restrict general knowledge, skills, independent development or lawful competition
Enforcement
- Temporary or permanent suspension of access to the service
- Removal of content without prior notice
- Account termination and data deletion
- Legal action and damages claim
9. Service Limitations
- Our service is provided "as is"
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- The quality of AI-generated content may vary
- We may make changes to the service with prior notice
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury, fraud, gross negligence, mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by law and for non-consumer users, FAST AI LABS LTD's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and indirect or unforeseeable business losses are excluded.
11. Modification of Terms
We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be notified through an appropriate channel before they take effect. Changes do not impose new obligations retroactively on completed purchases; the version accepted at purchase and mandatory rights remain preserved.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections and remedies available in your country of residence remain unaffected. Where the law permits, proceedings may be brought in the courts of England and Wales or before a competent authority available to the consumer.
